2.2. Tracking Not Updated

  • Sometimes, tracking information may not update for several days due to customs processing or logistical issues. If the status has not changed for more than 20 days, please contact us for support.

2.3. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  • If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or building manager. If the issue persists, contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
